Harry Styles, the One Direction star surprised his fans on Friday by announcing details of a HUGE global tour which includes four shows in the UK. He will be performing two nights at London’s Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith on October 29 and 30, one night at Manchester’s O2 Apollo on November 1 and one evening at Glasglow’s SEC Armadillo on November 2.
His tour is in support of his debut album, taking him across the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. Unlike how One Direction performs in giant stadiums, Harry has opted for more intimate venues for his debut solo tour. Needless to say, his fans are delighted and thrilled by Harry’s ‘out of the blue’ announcement. So fans have to be very quick to get their tickets.
While there is huge excitement among Harry’s fans, many would have been disheartened because a lot of countries are missing from his tour dates. For example fans from Argentina, Ireland, Brazil and Poland shared their disappointment spontaneously. They have held on to the hope that Harry might decide to release more dates before his tour commences.
From the information received from his side, Harry’s tour kicks off in San Francisco, USA on September 10. He will be travelling around in the US till October 14 including the iconic Radio City Music Hall, New York. Next destination will be Europe including France, Germany, The UK, Sweden, Netherlands and Italy before flying to Asia and Australia. He has shows scheduled in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. His tour will wrap up in Tokyo on December 8.
Harry released his debut solo single, Sign of the Times earlier this month which shot high up to number one in the UK chart and managed to covet number four in the US Billboard chart. The album releases on May 12.
